libmtp package doesnt install libmtp.fdi

Bug Description

the libmtp package does not install the libmtp.fdi file into /usr/share/hal/fdi/information/20thirdparty/20-libmtp.fdi with out this file hal does not detect the device correctly and apps like banshee fail to detect it correctly

Confirmed.
Other distributions seem to be installing this file, while Debian and based don not.

I've decided it was best to version the .fdi file just like the .rules already are.
The debdiff is attached.

Please Martin, could you take a look at this. Would it be best to mash it up in one release?
