Bug Description
Using the touchpad on an X1 Carbon G10 with 90Hz OLED the mouse cursor stutters, unless something else is changing on screen (like running glmark2-wayland).
Workaround:
Put this in /etc/environment:
MUTTER_
and reboot.

Kernel 6.8 has fixed it for all machines tested so far.
