Bug Description

This is regarding a Canonical-supplied Toshisba Tecra M2 laptop running Colony 3
Breezy.

When a USB mouse is installed, it gets detected. The mouse is usable but the
scroll wheel doesn't work. When removing the USB mouse, the pointer freezes and
the dual pointing devices (accupoint and touchpad) doesn't work at all. Keyboard
still runs though.
