Bug Description
Ill-tagged translations cause conversion problems that poison the suggestion cache without any way of locating the source. Some polish translations are ill-tagged as latin2 when files are really encoded in utf8.
For admins and other people with access to the production database, the message is "Nieznany b³±d." by "Pawe³ Sakowski".

Hmm, I don't know exactly what's this bug about...
I mean, I don't think it's a Rosetta bug, someone uploaded a broken .po file... we do some checks but we cannot detect all kind of problems...
Do you have any suggestion?
