Bug Description

I had to regenerate a new GPG key due to strength reasons. After making the change in the Launchpad UI, I was noticed that "A message has been sent to [...]", but I received no email since yesterday.

I encountered the same problem. I uploaded the GPG key and did not receive an email to verify the key.

This is now fixed, and I can confirm that I'm receiving email of this kind from Launchpad when I cause it to happen. If you ask Launchpad again to add your GPG key, you should receive the resulting email.
