Bug Description

few clarifications if possible:
 - is 'price of support' a good thing or bad thing? if its very important to me, is it important that it costs money? that its cheap? that its available?
 - "...your linux distribution" - capitalise
 - the heading is "ubuntu servers" (which i just realiesd was up there). does "... your linux distribution" mean ubuntu?

I think the "Price of Support" importance question generally implies whether the overall cost of support is important.

If someone answers "Not Important" or "Do not care", then cost can be assumed not to be an issue.

If someone answers "Very Important", then cost can be assumed to be an issue.

"your linux distribution" means any distro the company uses, while this is specific to ubuntu, it cannot be assumed that all servers in an environment are ubuntu, or even all of the same distro.

Fixed capitalization, fixed group name, but don't see an obvious fix for price of support -> marking fix released. Please open a new bug if you think of something for the price of support. Thanks.
