Changing int range color type makes tokens in existing places not be drawn

Bug Description

Create a int color type
Add a place with a token of that type
Edit color type and increase the range

The place now looks empy, double clicking reveals the token

The problem does not seem to be fixed. Open the example in this bug, change the integer range so that the upper bound is 7 and click ok. Now the token from the place disappears and it returns "The color "2" was not declared in an int range"

The attached net is broken and can't be loaded to to error in the XML. This relates to how we change how to change intranges. If a new net is created I will work as expected. (I tested it by reverting the changes that broak the place editor)

With the fixed xml file the bug is not reproducible anymore
