In Hardyheron Alpha5 release Orca can not load the new setup preferences with Live cd.

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-orca

I am tried hardyheron Alpha5 release with short time. If pressed enter with language selection, select accessibility with f5 key  and choosed screen reader,
Orca started automaticaly good. But, if I setted up my preferences, Orca can not reload the new settings automaticaly. If I quit Orca and launch with
running application window, the new settings has take effect.

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 or 9.04?

Yes, 8.10 produce this simptoms, I can not test 9.04 Alpha1, because it
is not start my machine yet.

Found a fix for this bug, however the fix won't be in orca. Will upload shortly.

This bug was fixed in the package casper - 1.165

casper (1.165) jaunty; urgency=low

  * scripts/casper-bottom/30accessibility && ubiquity-hooks/30accessibility:
    - When the blindness accessibility profile is chosen, create the .orca
      directory in the live user's home directory. This seems to allow orca
      to properly reload and use settings in the live session without needing
      to be restarted. This is only needed for the blindness profile, due to
      the other profiles that use orca already creating the .orca directory.
