Bug Description
Currently, the user must click on the folder icon on the Start page to open a file chooser and find the correct directory to open an existing Cubic project.
Add ability for the user to select an existing project on the Start page, without having to search for the project directory.

Cubic will create a new directory in the user's home directory to store Cubic application information.
~/.config/cubic

Cubic will save project directory paths in a file named:
~/. config/ cubic/projects. conf

Five recent projects directory paths will be sorted, with the most recently used listed first.

The user will be able to select an existing project from a drop down on Cubic's start page, or open a file chooser (existing functionality) to select a project directory.
