Bug Description

Binary package hint: nvidia-glx-new

this bug occurs both with windows and linux 1.69.09 driver, cs 1.6: doesnt work, nvidia was aware of this at 1.64 but apparantly its still not fixed

gutsy's repo driver is fine, might wanna rollback on that one for now?

well the problem is: cs starts, freezes before even displaying the menu, and then crashes. resolution will be back to the game resolution.. so quite iritating

as i said, its a driver problem, so imho best thing is tell the repo man to go a version lower. (below 1.64 beta on linux, the problem didnt exist)

We are not going to downgrade the driver on Hardy. Hopefully there'll be a new version that fixes this.
