Bug Description

Spurred on by asac's UDW talk, I'd like to add the firebug extension to the collection of firefox extensions supported by ubuntu. Firebug was already on the list of extensions under review from addons.mozilla.org (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Firefox3ExtensionsReview). I've also added firebug to the list on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Firefox3Extensions.

In case anyone wants to test out the packages, I've built hardy and gutsy packages in my PPA.
