Bug Description

On AMD Barcelo CRB platform, BIOS RLD-1005B_AB 06/30/2021, starting from v5.14-rc1 kernel that put system to deep sleep than v5.13, cannot wake from s2idle, fan spinning, debug LED EEFC0300, BLK LED blinking. This, as long as one sata device is attached, no matter it was boot from sata or nvme root partition, it will all be affected.

AMD proposed either https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/pdx86/platform-drivers-x86.git/commit/?h=fixes&id=3c3c8e88c8712bfe06cd10d7ca77a94a33610cd6 or the attached patch.

Tried:
* backport commit 3c3c8e88c871 ("platform/x86: amd-pmc: Increase the response register timeout") to oem-5.14 but doesn't work
* backport 0001-ahci-Add-Green-Sardine-vendor-ID-as-board_ahci_mobil.txt to oem-5.14 but doesn't work
* v5.15-rc2: doesn't work
* v5.15-rc2 with both proposed fixes: doesn't work
