Bug Description
This is with MAAS 3.0.0~rc1-
I view the machine details page and create a new workload annotation using the API. The machine details doesn't show the new annotation, without reloading the page, or switch tab and back to the summary page.

This seems to be a backend issue, notifications are not sent for the machine when annotations change.
