Bug Description

While doing a 21.04 installation (with the ISO from April 19th) I get the following error/crash:

reducing the importance, since it happens not all the time
happened on one install so far where I could not re-login to the installer, hence could not complete the installation

So we think this will only happen when the install fails at a bad moment, so it shouldn't prevent a successful install. Should still not happen of course!

Workaround merged. There is probably a larger problem here in whatever caused the UI pane to change away from the expected SSH UI.

After updating from 2381 to 2390 update this didn't happened in 5 different tests (on two different system), hence I think it's fixed
