Bug Description
Hi,
Similar to LP:1871259, the default load balancing algorithm used by HAProxy for backends is leastconn (lowest number of connections), this works well for sites serving large blobs and long lived connections but not really for sites serving small files / short lived connections or sessions. We should allow changing this.
