Cannot enable wifi hotspot on the first attempt

Bug Description

after open gnome control centre i canot "enable hotspot" i must click on another item etc. "Network" and I must go back to previous item "Wifi" and then is able to "enable hotspot"

The issue has been fixed upstream in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/-/commit/9efe9eef and in GNOME 3.38 (so Ubuntu 20.10)
