That's a permission denied error coming from the device when calibre
tries to transfer a file to it. Various devices tend to require
different things to allow file transfer via USB connection. You might
need to:

1) Ensure the screne is unlocked
2) Put the device in MTP File transfer or siilarly named mode
3) Tap ok on some permission popup

 status invalid
