Please merge xfce-mcs-plugins 4.4.2-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  * Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #186894), Ubuntu remaining changes:
    - debian/rules: use our xfce.mk class
    - debian/control
      + Build-depend on libxklavier11-dev | libxklavier-dev, autotools-dev &
        debhelper >= 5
      + Recommend x11-utils
      + Adhere to DebianMaintainerField
    - debian/compat: bump to 5
    - add a desktop file to show the screensaver settings in the menu (LP #81319)
    - 01keyboard_makefile.patch, 10keyboard_layouts.patch: provide a keyboard
      layout configuration tool.
  * debian/patches: strip dpatch headers from 01_mouse_plugin_memory_fix.dpatch
    and rename it to 02mouse_plugin_memory_fix.patch since we use simple-patchsys.

  [Lionel Le Folgoc]
  * debian/rules:
    - do not install xfce-ss-settings.desktop anymore since
      xscreensaver ships a similar desktop file
    - install lintian overrides.

xfce-mcs-plugins (4.4.2-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/control:
    - build-dep on libxxf86misc-dev.
    - update my email address.
    - update standards version to 3.7.3.
  * debian/lintian: added overrides:
    - desktop-command-not-in-package xfce-setting-show (as we depend on
      xfce4-mcs-manager wich provides the command)
  * debian/rules: install lintian overrides.
