Bug Description

We need this in order to re-enable intel CCS compression, which was originally disabled in mesa to fix this bug:

GetFB2 was recently added to drm-misc, and should get upstream in 5.7, but would be best to have it in focal and unstable kernel so that the userland parts can be added.

Hmm, realized that since this happens on intel gen9 only and with i965 dri driver, it doesn't affect focal anymore since it uses iris dri driver by default. So the patch to disable CCS compression could just be dropped anyway.

no need to get this in the xserver, if someone forces i965 dri driver they can also live with the brief ugliness after login
