Bug Description

Hello,
I would like to request that atheme-services be imported from debian unstable. Ubuntu is in a import freeze, but I believe that atheme-services is worth importing into hardy. There are no modern irc services packages in hardy, and this would work great with the other ircds which are currently in hardy. The changelog from debian is the following:

atheme-services (3.0.3-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.

atheme-services (2.2.0+hg20071209-1) experimental; urgency=low

  * Initial release (Closes: #435881)
