Allow another status other than 'Official' and 'Unofficial' for Ubuntu mirrors pending review

Bug Description
Hi,
New mirrors are created and submitted for review[1]. Unfortunately, in some cases, these mirrors are either incorrectly set up, not serving requests, or not even resolving (mirrors.
One of our daily tasks is to check +pendingreviewm
Any chance we could have another status or check box to mark incorrectly set up mirrors? Like 'broken' where the mirror owner could unset after they've fixed it and put it back for us to review?
