Bug Description

The KPAC has arrow-shaped buttons that read "Go Back", "Top", "Next", "Last", etc. You can find some examples here: https://libcat.linnbenton.edu/eg/kpac/results?trail=10;query=su%3Apiano;nosprop=1;page=1

W3C recommends that we use actual text + CSS, rather than images of text: https://www.w3.org/WAI/tutorials/images/textual/

If we must use images of text instead, we should include equivalent alt attributes with the same text that exists in the image.

I added alt attributes; attempts to cleanly recreate the arrows using CSS were not successful.
