Bug Description

The 4.15 kernel require three patches for NVMe, those patches are required to get to the target number of IOPS.

The commits are:

7ac257b862f2c (“blk-mq: remove the request_list usage”)
f9dde187fa921 ("nvme-pci: remove cq check after submission")
1ab0cd6966fc4 ("nvme-pci: split the nvme queue lock into submission and completion locks")

Please include these commits in the 4.15 based kernel.
