Autopkgtest for arm64, ppc64el and s390x no longer pass

Bug Description

The test suite fails to actually even run on those three architectures with the packages currently in (at least) both bionic's and cosmic's release pockets:

Looks like the test might need fixing.

This doesn't seem to be an issue anymore, nowadays. Closing it "Wontfix". Please re-open, should this happen again.
