Bug Description

* Add setup script
* Add jobs to run GPU tests

This will add first-round GPU tests to the server test suite. It will be ugly and hacky initially and will NOT be part of the full suite, but rather only exist as a separate test plan until the kinks have been worked out. BUT it should get us going.
