Bug Description
IP addresses are not cleaned up after stopping the AP, which leaves wrong addresses in the interface.
This causes problems because when NM recovers the interface, it does not remove the already existing addresses.

How can this cause problems? Wouldn't some process (e.g. NM) need to bring the interface up without resetting the IP address for this to be still be meaningful?
