PCBNew - unable to specify track widths

Bug Description
In nightly (see below), there doesn't appear to be an expected menu item to edit track/via sizes.
I suggest that in addition to fixing the missing item, that the Track: drop down menu have as a bottom item, an entry called "Edit List" which, when selected takes the user to the exact place where the track/via table can be edited. I realize this is non-standard but it is terribly convenient and rather intuitive.

Editing track & via sizes is done through File > Board Setup....
That being said, the other idea was good so I've implemented it (also for Custom Grid Sizes).
