Bug Description

When I run:
`ssh://user@host:port/folder`

I got UnsupportedBackendScheme and it seems to be the correct scheme. From duplicity help:
`ssh://user[:password]@other.host[:port]/some_dir`

Python version: 2.7.12
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS
