[2.5b3, UI] Branding should be Canonical not Ubuntu

Bug Description

Seems like the branding on MAAS should evolve to be Canonical rather than Ubuntu now that we support all the other major operating systems nicely. I'd prefer to get the global navigation at the top, but perhaps a quicker start is just to replace the Ubuntu logo on the bottom right with the Canonical one.
