Saving preferred languages looks like it does nothing

Bug Description
Change your preferred languages in Rosetta and click "Save". It reloads the page, with no notification of your changes. So if you weren't watching during the load, and the languages you changed were not the immediately visible ones, saving appears to have done nothing.

I suppose it's a matter of using the notification system to show to the user what was done.
