MeMaker produces identical id tags

Bug Description

When an svg produced by MeMaker is run through W3C's markup validator, it complains with:
 ID X already defined: An "id" is a unique identifier. Each time this attribute is used in a document it must have a different value.

So, motor has two options, it can either drop the id tags entirely, or rename them, possibly to something context based (filename + number?).

Produces:
"ID X already defined" about 30+ times (along with a couple other types of errors, but those can be safely ignored for now.)

There are no more complaints about the ID, I would say that this bug is fixed, though a couple others are still present/have cropped up. Those will be filed as other bugs.
