Bug Description

Available from http://xml.apache.org/commons/ It is one of the dependencies of batik 1.7 beta 1, if we decide to remove prebuilt binaries from batik package.

I have made some changes to the package.

1. Changed the source name to match upstream source.
2. Added -doc package
3. Added watch file, but I have not tested it. Chances are that this file will never be used.

I couldn't add upstream changelog since I didn't find one. Please let me know if you find it.

Looks like I missed the bug number in changelog. The package is in archives hence closing the bug.
