Bug Description

The initial login button shown on a fresh install, in the page that tells you how to initialize your MAAS, no longer works and redirects you to the actual login page.

To reproduce:

1. Fresh install of MAAS
2. Go to http://<maas-ip>:5240/MAAS with your browser
3. It tells you to run 'sudo maas init'
4. Run 'sudo maas init' in the commandline to create the admin user.
5. Go back to the UI and click 'login'.
6. It will not take you to the login page.

To be able to login, I had to force refresh the page.
