insert korean font at devutf8

Bug Description

Binary package hint: groff-base

devutf8 does not have korean font at groff-1.18.11 in Ubuntu 7.10. I want to insert korean font.

This bug was fixed in the package groff - 1.18.1.1-16

  * Install groff_mmse(7) under /usr/share/man/sv/ (LP: #76255).
