[2.4, UI, regression] Machine listing page table columns are not correct

Bug Description
On a screensize where all previous versions of MAAS would have shown this data correctly, I see the following issues (see screenshot in comment #1).
- Status column doesn't have enough space (this column needs the most space of all).
- Power and Status columns (these columns should only have enough space for the spinner.
- Owner and Cores have too much space in between.
I would have expected that:
- Status column is wide enough to show everything
- Power and Status columns have only enough space to show the spinner.
- Owner and Cores don't have too much between them (more like a fixed space size).
