Bug Description
Commissioning action options not correctly formatted:
1. In the machine listing page, commissioning actions are not formatted correctly. (see 01-commissioning-*)
2. In the machine details page, they are formatted correct, but the "Update firmware" option is on the first row of options, it should be in the second row. (see 02-commissioning-*)
3. When there's additional commissioning scripts, the text box is not formatted correctly. (see 04-commissioning-*)
