Bug Description

When i install gnocchi, it makes a error.

error message is below :

IIUC gnocchi is no longer an OpenStack project and thus not supported by DevStack. I guess you should track the issue at https://github.com/gnocchixyz/gnocchi/issues instead.

If you still think that there is an issue within devstack, please show your local.conf file and the output of the failing stack.sh run.
