Bug Description

Test Case
=========
1. Install the Firefox snap.

2. Install gnome-initial-setup.

3. Log out then log back in.

4. The Ubuntu Welcome wizard runs. The Get More Apps page shows that Firefox is installed but says I can use Software to install Firefox. (Yes, I know. I already did that! :) )

Screenshot of this page attached. Sorry for the odd coloring (fix committed in mutter 3.28.1)

Other Info
==========
I did switch Firefox to the edge channel but I don't think that matters for this issue.

System Info
===========

Maybe I should file a separate bug about this observation, but the suggestion to install Firefox is confusing even without having installed the FF snap, considering that the FF .deb package is installed already, and the icon is present in the Dock.

The issue with not being able to recognise the Firefox .deb is the same as the Firefox is bug 1711801 which we are still waiting for to be fixed in snapd. @Gunnar - please open a new bug for that issue, though we won't be able to solve it immediately.
