Bug Description

Test Case
=========
1. Open the Software & Updates app. Switch to the Updates tab and set up Canonical Live Patch.

1b. You may want to manually make sure you are using the canonical-livepatch snap from the stable channel. software-properties 0.96.24.25 used the edge channel instead but this is no longer needed.

2. Install gnome-initial-setup.

3. Log out then log back in.

4. The Ubuntu Welcome wizard runs. The Live Patch page prompts to log in even though Live Patch is already set up. Further, it doesn't recognize the existing Ubuntu Single Sign-On authentication done via GNOME Online Accounts.

System Info
===========
gnome-initial-setup 3.28.0-2ubuntu0+ppa4
from ppa:ubuntu-desktop/ubuntu-welcome

By the way, if you need the Ubuntu Welcome wizard back after running it to the end, just delete this empty file:

~/.config/gnome-initial-setup-done

Should we just skip the page or what?

I understood that the window would appear only on the first login after a new Ubuntu installation, when you wouldn’t have set up Livepatch yet.

I did not design any of it for any other situation. But I suppose that even in a new Ubuntu installation, it’s possible for you to set up Livepatch from System Settings before getting to this page.

Skipping the page seems like a good idea.
