Bug Description

This doc is inaccurate:Packages mentioned in the documentation are not available for Ubuntu14.04(LTS).designate-worker and designate-producer are not available for ubuntu 14.04 Trusty. They are available for zesty,artful and biopnic only.

The current docs are not for 14.04 (Trusty) but for 16.04 (Xenial), I will put up a patch to fix that.

They do assume however that you added the Ubuntu Cloud-Archive repository to your setup, see https://docs.openstack.org/install-guide/environment-packages-ubuntu.html. This is noted on the installation index page: https://docs.openstack.org/designate/latest/install/index.html

    Update installation docs

    - Replace keystone_authtoken section with v3 style parameters
    - Update Ubuntu doc to reference current LTS release
    - Update Ubuntu doc to use systemctl
