Unable to create KVM with uvtool on ThunderX arm64 system

Bug Description

Steps:
 1. sudo apt-get install uvtool
 2. sudo uvt-simplestreams-libvirt sync release=xenial arch=arm64
 3. sudo uvt-kvm create kvm-test release=xenial arch=arm64

Result:
 * The command returns: "uvt-kvm: error: libvirt: unsupported configuration: this QEMU does not support 'cirrus' video device"

Also a possible cause for this is that the uvtool does not have a proper template for arm64.
