Bug Description
This is hard to describe, but I'll try:
- maximize a window
- let the system go into blank screen
- return to the session
- notice how the maximized window gets resized horizontally until settling down on the maximized state
sometimes the window can even remain unmaximized (horizontally).
If the dock is configured to auto-hide, the window resize doesn't happen, but the dock does flash on top of the window briefly on return from screensaver.

We've had this problem for quite some time, in Wayland sessions.
