Pcbnew: 'T' command (Get and move FP) warps viewport

Bug Description

When a FP is to be moved and placed using the 'T' command the viewport is warped to the current location of the FP similar to Ctrl-F.

This is a regression introduced with commit 31ef52a36.

Michael, set Status to Fix Committed or Released when applied. I work with version 2017-09-08 revision 19ad350c1 (one week fresher than your hotfix) but it still doesn't contain your patch.
