Yeah, I've noticed it... Mh, I'm a bit out of ideas at this point.
I'll see if I can find a way to reproduce it.

However, when reviewing the package in -proposed and the details of this bug report I noticed that the bug description is missing information required for the SRU process. Accepted nautilus into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/1:3.26.4-0~ubuntu18.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
