Bug Description

with the switch of ubuntu-image to a classic snap doing image builds in lxc containers does not work anymore.

a script like http://paste.ubuntu.com/24737704/ used to work with the non-classic snap.
using the classic snap makes it use the e2fslibs from the system, so builds in a 16.04 container now fail with:

COMMAND FAILED: sudo mount -oloop /tmp/tmpiphu3swh/volumes/pc/part3.img /tmp/tmp5t4rit1w/root-mount

switching line 10 of the sccript to 16.10 causes:

/snap/ubuntu-image/59/bin/ubuntu-image: 2: exec: python3: not found

building in a 17.04 container works.
