Bug Description
During commissioning, testing, disk erasing, and deployment, MAAS checks that the specified kernel exists for the given OS/release. Part of this validation includes converting old style kernel names(e.g hwe-x) to new style(e.g ga-16.04). Enlistment is not validating the kernel and instead sends whatever value is in the database.
Before returning the enlistment kernel it should be validated.
