Moz-TB shouldn't be launched again when already running and click on mailto

Bug Description
Summary says it all;
I have Mozilla-thunderbird (minimalized) running.
When i click on a mailto: link on a webpage, TB gets started for the 2nd time so
i can write a mail to the address i just clicked on. However since it's already
running i think TB should just open the Compose window with the email address
filled in.
