Imported bitmap with brightness shift

Bug Description

After importing a bitmap file, the colors are
shiftet. I've imported a testbitmap 200x200 pixel
with 3 colorareas and checked the color with the
inkscape color-picker(pipette)
here are the results:

Original color: #ffffff in Inkscape:#fefefe
Original color: #ff0000 in Inkscape:#fe0101
Original color: #00ff00 in Inkscape:#01fe01
Original color: #0000ff in Inkscape:#0101fe

i've tried different formats (png,tga,tif) and different types
(b/w, gray, color)

I can't reproduce this. Please attach the bitmap file which
gives you this problem.

Yes, at the bottom of the form: "Check to Upload and Attach
a File:" - check the checkbox and type the filename, then Submit

Or you can post it somewhere on the net and put a link here
in a comment

...it is not possible for me to add a file here, because
the bug was submitted anonymous (by myself).
Could someone please change the "Submitted By" to my
account ?!?
