Bug Description

I get a DOS box display when I load the May 26th build
of Inkscape. It says:

** (process:2616): WARNING **: Could not open units
file '.\share\ui\units.txt':
 No such file or directory

I was the one who entered the original Error on Startup for
Inkscpae, but I didn't have a UserID here, but do now.

Yes, after I reported the bug I installed the May 28th build
on top of the May 26th -- same thing.
