Bug Description

- download the extension "inkscape-extensions-multi-bool" from
https://github.com/Moini/inkscape-extensions-multi-bool

- apply to Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92+devel 15498
- run the extension Boolean->Multiple Difference (or any of these three extensions)
- get a crash with the attached error message

- apply the same code to Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92.0 r15299
- run any of the extensions under the Boolean heading
- they all behave as expected

Crash not reproduced on Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS with lp:inkscape r15500:
Tested successfully with 'Boolean > Multiple Cut' and 'Boolean > Multiple Difference'.

This report probably can be linked as duplicate to bug #1663697 (same symptom on Windows 10 with 64bit trunk builds for extensions which spawn inkscape with verbs as arguments via Popen(); one with an external extension, the other with a bundled one).
